TMJ has two million visitors in fifteen years, and you have been the best readers any writer could ever hope for. I want to thank those of you who have been with me and supported me since I posted the first chapter of Apple of Her Eye. I really enjoy interacting with my readers. However, I hope this new site will motivate me to begin writing again.

After twenty-three stories, I felt there wasn’t much more to say. I hit that proverbial wall, and I stopped writing. for all the hard work and patience they provided me in creating this new site. I want to send out a special thank you to The Story Lover's Website, and members of the Fort Family: TSL, AC Fan, Akeentia, and Jeff P. It will be more user-friendly, and it will also be more compatible with all reading devices. How do you like the new look? I’ve changed to a new hosting server, and I am so proud of the new site. Hello, to all my friends at The Mustard Jar. Instead, it is up to each and every one of us to make this country a better place by becoming more understanding, supportive and tolerant. In the end, like in life, there won't be a magic cure. As Parker's eyes become open to this, I hope that readers, too, become more aware. Racism and racial injustice are a reality for many in our country. In this story, Finding Good Trouble, I want to weave a romance story with the background of a world that is sometimes cruel and often dangerous. I understand the meaning of Black Lives Matter. Being married to a black man, I have personally experienced it. I have friends and acquaintances who daily face systemic racism. I have listened to their speeches, and I was moved.

I have personally met the Reverend Jesse Jackson, the Reverend Al Sharpton and the G.O.A.T., the late Muhammad Ali. I feel that I have a life experience that many white writers do not have. However, my parents always taught me that everyone is equal, no matter the color of their skin. Like Parker in this story, I grew up in an all-white community. I have witnessed first-hand the racial tensions that exist in America. I have lived and worked in a community that is extremely segregated. However, it is a story that I have wanted to write for years. I know that this story will have elements that will disturb some readers. A few words about the story, Finding Good Trouble.
